Ninja Program (ages 4–7)
Build Confidence Early
Come join us for fun, structured classes introducing coordination, respect, and foundational karate skills, including early exposure to kihon, kata, and core principles.
Samurai Training (ages 8+)
Strong Foundations That Last
Students develop kihon (basics), kata (forms), and introductory kumite (sparring), while learning the principles, philosophy, and history of Shito-Ryu karate, supported by physical conditioning and athletic development.
Intermediate Training (ages 8+)
Develop Skill and Precision
Training builds on foundational skills through continued development of kihon, kata, and kumite, with increased focus on timing, application, and structured physical conditioning.
Advanced Training (ages 8+)
Refine, Lead, and Excel
Advanced training emphasizes mastery, leadership, and high-level execution across all areas of karate, supported by continued physical conditioning and athletic development.
Competitive Team – Sport Karate
Train. Compete. Perform.
High-performance training in kata and kumite led by nationally certified coaches, with a proven pathway to provincial and national competition.
