Ninja Program (ages 4–7)
Designed for young beginners aged 4–7, the Ninja Program builds coordination, focus, and respect through fun, structured classes. Students are introduced to foundational karate skills including basic kihon, simple kata, and core principles—all delivered in an environment where kids feel safe, engaged, and excited to come back.
Coordination
At this age, learning to control and coordinate their bodies is the foundation for everything that follows—in karate and in every sport they’ll ever play. Our Ninja classes build these fundamental movement skills early, giving your child an athletic foundation they’ll carry for life.
Mental Focus
Starting school and learning to focus in a structured environment is one of the biggest transitions young children face. Karate teaches kids to listen, follow instruction, and bring their attention to what matters—skills that directly support their success in the classroom.
Fun Environment
Structure and fun aren’t opposites—at DTAC they go hand in hand. Every Ninja class is purposefully designed so kids are learning while they’re playing. When children love being there, they show up consistently, and consistency is where real development happens.
